Complaints and Feedback

We want to hear from you. It is important that you and the people that care for you are happy with the services that you receive from us. These feedback and complaints will enable us improve on the services we provide. 


Please use the form below to contact us, and we will acknowledge the receipt of your message within 24 hours or the next business day. We will aim to resolve your complaints as soon as possible and keep you updated with our investigations.

Using Disability Advocates

Disability advocates act, speak or write to promote, protect and defend the human rights of people with disability. 

You or your carer are able to use advocates while dealing with the NDIS or other Service Providers

Click HERE for a list of organisations providing advocacy services. We can also also speak to these organisations on your behalf 

Internally, someone you trust can also be your advocate when you talk to us, they could be your partner, father, mother, brother, sister, child, or friend. You will have to fill out a form to appoint an advocate to liaise with us on your behalf.
