Complaints and Feedback
Please use the form below to contact us, and we will acknowledge the receipt of your message within 24 hours or the next business day. We will aim to resolve your complaints as soon as possible and keep you updated with our investigations.

Using Disability Advocates
Disability advocates act, speak or write to promote, protect and defend the human rights of people with disability.
You or your carer are able to use advocates while dealing with the NDIS or other Service Providers
Click HERE for a list of organisations providing advocacy services. We can also also speak to these organisations on your behalf
Someone you trust can also be your advocate when you talk to us, they could be your partner, father, mother, brother, sister, child, or friend. You will need to fill out a form to appoint an advocate to liaise with us on your behalf.
